This page covers basic terms of use for this website, and general information about how memberships, purchases, and refunds work across our products. ProCierge will present its own detailed Terms of Service in the app as it launches paid features.
Memberships
ProCierge is a monthly subscription. When it launches, the plans are:
- Resident — $9.99/month. Full access for one verified neighbor.
- Family — $19.99/month. Everything in Resident, plus kid accounts and family-safety tools for the household.
- Local Business — $49/month (from $79/month for full storefront listings). A verified business presence on the village map.
Memberships renew monthly until canceled. Any free trial or introductory offer, and the auto-renewal disclosures required by the Apple App Store and Google Play, will be shown clearly at the point of purchase.
Refunds
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' own refund policies — refund requests for app-store purchases should go through Apple or Google directly.
- For any purchase handled directly by us (outside the app stores), contact us at contact@roots-n-remedies.com and we'll work with you on a resolution.
Cancellations
You can cancel any time through the app store you subscribed through (your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings). Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
ProCierge is a family-safe, verified community. Members agree to be who they say they are, to treat neighbors with respect, and not to use the service to harass, deceive, endanger, or exploit anyone — especially children. We moderate content and may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our products and pricing evolve. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
