This policy covers this website only — the ProCierge / Roots N Remedies company site and its waiting list. It does not cover the ProCierge app itself. When the app launches, ProCierge will have its own dedicated Privacy Policy describing in detail how the app handles your data, your family's data, and children's data.
Who We Are
Roots N Remedies LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a Mississippi software company. We operate this website to describe our company and the products we build, including ProCierge.
Information This Site Collects
- Waiting-list email. If you join the waiting list, we store the email address you enter (and, optionally, the town you enter) so we can notify you when ProCierge opens in your area. We use it for that purpose only. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
- If you email us at our contact address, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message.
- Basic hosting data that our hosting provider may collect automatically about site visits (such as page views). This site does not use third-party advertising trackers.
- This website does not have its own account sign-up, so we do not collect account passwords here.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. The ProCierge app's own Privacy Policy will cover how the app handles information about children, since that is where family accounts actually exist — and children in ProCierge are only ever visible to their own verified parents.
How We Use This Information
Only to respond to inquiries, to notify waiting-list members about ProCierge, and to maintain and improve this website. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Removing Your Information
Want off the waiting list, or want your information deleted? Email us and we'll take care of it.
